Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns of eligible merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of defects, with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase to qualify for a refund. Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that any original shipping charges and sales taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable. J.Lindeberg USA reserves the right to deny refunds on items that do not comply with our policy requirements.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, visit our Returns Portal and follow the on-screen prompts. For U.S. orders, have your order number and email address or ship zip code ready. For international orders, follow the instructions specific to your region. Return shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping label chosen and deducted from your refund.

Return Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow up to two weeks for processing and refund issuance. You will receive confirmation by email once the refund has been processed.

Return Fees

For domestic U.S. returns, the cost of return shipping (based on the chosen label) will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, a $20 USD return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Price Adjustment Policy

We offer price adjustments in the form of site credit for full-price products that are reduced within 30 days of purchase, and for sale items reduced within 10 days of purchase. Final Sale items and styles purchased during flash sales or with promotional codes are excluded from price adjustments.
